Delivery options

We offer two delivery methods:

• Delivery to delivery point with DHL or Postnord.

• Home delivery or agent.

For packages that are not received/collected, Jilux AB will charge you a fee of SEK 150, which corresponds to the return shipping, shipping fee and actual handling cost. Please note that the above prices apply to end consumers.

Delivery time

For products in stock, delivery in Sweden takes place within 2-4 working days.

Europe and the rest of the world 5-8 working days.

How is my order shipped?

If you order multiple products, we will usually ship them in the same shipment. However, it may happen that you receive your products in more than one package. We always choose the most suitable transport option for each product.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any specific reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Used products cannot be returned or products with customized assembly. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you break seals.

Return an item

Contact customer service to have a return shipping label sent to you. You can call us directly at +46761740751 or send an email to info@jilux.se

In order for us to be able to handle your case more quickly, we ask that you provide the following information:

• Order number

• Name

• Address

• Item number of the item you wish to return

When you receive your return shipping label, please tape it securely and visibly.

Then drop off your return at the nearest agent, DHL or Postnord, and save your delivery receipt. We charge SEK 150 for return shipping + handling.

How is a refund made upon a return?

Once we have received your return, we will contact you via e-mail for a refund. When returning all or part of the order, we will refund the amount of the item but deduct the return shipping cost of 150 SEK (incl. VAT) from the refund. Please note that this requires that the item is undamaged and in new condition. If the item is damaged when it is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a cost for this in connection with the refund after contacting you as a customer. We always recommend that you pack the original box in another packaging so that the item does not risk being damaged during shipping.
